Websites For Artists, Photographers, Musicians, Models, Actors, Actresses, Writers, Poets,
It seems like there’s thousands of web development firms out there, and, there are a lot of promises that are made. Let me just tell you quickly what distinguishes us from the field. You can’t be everything to everybody…and, we don’t try to be.
Webglad focuses on creating beautiful, banging websites for artists, photographers, writers, poets, musicians, models, actors, actresses, bands…and, just about anybody aspiring to beautifully showcase his or her creativity on the internet.
I first got involved with the web when I wanted to advance my writing career. That lead to one of my earlier sites which I used to promote my writings. In 2005, I decided I wanted to do my part to promote the arts online, and, I founded Artplop.com: an artists’ and writers’ forum. Have a look over there, post some of your work, and, have a good time.
As a guy who started out as an artist and writer…who also transitioned into a web developer; I’ve positioned Webglad uniquely to best serve and understand the needs of both the central Pennsylvania art community and the artistic community globally. WebGlad is very happy to develop sites for artists, writers, photographers, musicians, bands, models and actors who live all over America…or, anywhere in the English-speaking world for that matter! These days with email, phones, and faxes…it’s no longer necessary to be in the same zip code to work successfully together!
Artists have been very comfortable working with me: rapport seems to come naturally. And, I tend to understand the aesthetic concerns of artists aspiring to make a web impact.
I’ve developed lots of cool ways to showcase visual work. For instance, I could say,
check out this painting of mine (it really is one of mine.) So, you click that link, and, you get a slick pop-up.
Or, to demonstrate another beautiful method, I’ll add a mini-gallery of my daughter’s paintings below:
These type of techniques work well for painters, photographers, and, anyone interested in promoting their visual art. Please call Webglad at 717-557-155, and, we can talk about the best way to showcase your creativity on the web.
Or, maybe you’re not quite ready for a website yet, and, you want to talk a bit about art and life with other like-minded people. Then, go ahead and visit my site ArtPlop and have a good time!
